Calimacil is a Canadian manufacturer and importer of role-play gear. They have a network of partners throughout most the world. The quality of their weapons varies greatly from model to model. Some foam is soft but heavy, other is semi-hard and semi-hard. Several of their swords are top-heavy, and with a core that might be a tad too thin to handle the weight of the foam.

Presently, only the wooden staff has been reviewed by The Raven.

About 10 years ago, Calimacil had a reputation for making pretty role-play swords - that were so hard they could just as well have been made of plastic. We can only report that this is not the case now, but they still have the above issues.
